About Us

We're here to serve you.

Since 1919, Milford Public Library has been a cornerstone of the Milford community. We aim to strengthen and inspire our community through literacy and educational opportunities by offering equal access to materials for all ages.

Our library has more than just books. We’re a place for creativity and discovery. With a growing digital collection, library of things, and monthly programs, we’re working to engage a new generation of learners and connect community members. The library will continue to grow and expand to better serve our community.

Our mission is to be a community institution that attempts to meet the informational, cultural, recreational, and educational needs of all the community's residents regardless of age or formal schooling.

An endowment fund is a way for the library to set aside special funds for the future! It contributes to the Library’s future because donations will benefit future generations of Library users.

If you donate online, please designate that you are donating to the Milford Public Library Endowment Fund in the donation form. You can also make a cash donation at the library.
